Use this baby and toddler daily tracker to record feeds, sleep, diapers, routines, health notes, growth checks, milestones, and caregiver notes by date and time. The workflow is simple: add logs throughout the day, review the daily summary and charts, search history when needed, then print or export records for backup or sharing.
Newborn feeding log: A caregiver records a bottle feed at 7:30 AM with 90 ml, marks the result as finished, and adds a note such as calm after feeding. The dashboard then includes it in the daily feed count and total amount.
Sleep and nap tracking: A parent starts the sleep timer when the baby falls asleep, stops it after the nap, and saves the duration. The app adds the sleep entry to the timeline and updates the 7-day sleep chart.
Diaper and health handoff: During the day, caregivers log wet, dirty, or mixed diapers along with rash notes, temperature checks, medicine, or symptoms. Later, the History section can be searched before a doctor visit or caregiver handoff.
Milestone memory: When a toddler says a first word or rolls over for the first time, the parent adds a milestone with the date, category, title, and details. The Milestones view keeps those moments separate from regular daily logs.
Backup and sharing: At the end of the week, a parent prints a report or exports JSON or CSV data to keep a backup, review routines, or share summarized information with another caregiver.
Consistent entries make the daily summary and history more useful. Try to log the same details each time so caregivers can compare days more easily.
The tracker stores data locally in the browser, which means the records stay on the current device unless they are exported. Use JSON export for backup and JSON import when restoring data later.
CSV export is useful for reviewing logs in a spreadsheet, while printed reports are helpful for caregiver handoffs or appointments.
