Slide vehicles to clear the red car's escape lane in as few moves as possible.
You opened the lane for the red car.
Traffic Jam is a sliding car puzzle where the goal is to move the red car out of a crowded 6x6 grid. Cars and trucks can only move forward or backward in their own lanes.
The useful strategy is to clear the escape lane with the fewest moves by planning setup moves, shifting blockers, and choosing the right vehicle order.
Beginner practice: Start with the Quick Start level to learn how each vehicle moves. Slide the blocking truck out of the red car’s lane, then move the red car toward the exit.
Example goal: In each challenge, clear the horizontal lane in front of the red car so it can slide out through the exit gate on the right side of the board.
Traffic Jam puzzles are easier when you focus on the red car’s exit lane first. Identify which vehicles block that lane, then work backward to find the moves needed to free each blocker.
Use a hint when you understand the goal but cannot find the next useful move. For tougher levels, try solving part of the puzzle first, then use the solution preview to study the full move sequence.
You win by moving the red car to the exit on the right side of the 6x6 grid. Other cars and trucks must be moved out of the escape lane first.
No. Each vehicle can only move forward or backward in its own lane. Horizontal vehicles move left and right, while vertical vehicles move up and down.
The Hint button suggests the next useful move from the current board position. It is helpful when you are stuck but still want to finish the puzzle yourself.
Show Solution previews a complete solving route from the current board state. You can use it to study the correct move order for harder levels.
